OUTFIT: no socks in Madrid

I really don’t like the winter! Sure, it looks pretty when the country is powdered over with snow and I do love wrapping up in a cozy sweater and a cup of roiboos tea BUT nothing beats warmer days when all you need is a blazer rather than a heavy coat and shoes can be worn without socks. So you can only imagine how happy I was with the 12°C in Madrid last week!! For the 2nd day in Spain I wore my patent shoes with a bit of leo and some studs and NO SOCKS 🙂

  • OUTFIT: bubblegum

After all the black yesterday, I decided to pull out this pink Cameo beauty (currently on sale for -50%) today. Pink is not a color I’ve worn a whole lot lately, but the structured cut was love at first sight in this case – how fitting with Valentines Day just around the corner. Add a…

  • OUTFIT: black layers

Monday morning and nothing to wear! That’s basically what goes on in my head every single week. Well, good thing there is the “color” black. Today’s remedy was a simple one: grab as many black items as possible and layer them all over another, in order to be warm enough with the freezing temperatures outside. Easy…

  • OUTFIT: black shopper tote

Recently, I’ve noticed that my Neverfull hasn’t really worked with some of my oufits – I just felt like the monogram print was a bit too much. I’ve been searching for a sleeker alternative for a while, especially for the office and traveling. I almost couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that the much coveted Mansur Gavriel black shopper tote (with the prettiest nude / blush lining) was back in stock at Farfetch just before Christmas. 3, 2, 1, miiiiine ♥

  • OUTFIT: 1.900m elevation

One of my personal highlights from our Winter get-away to Schladming was a day spent way up on the mountain at the Schafalm at 1.900m elevation. Hot chocolate and fries for lunch, cuddles with baby sheep, one of the prettiest sunsets I have ever seen, a little mishap of missing the last cable car down to…

  1. Gorgeous outfit, I have shoes like yours and I love them to death! And I love the blazer as well – might try DIY-ing something like that 🙂 BTW, love the new layout of your blog (not sure how new it is but I remember it being different the last time I came here), it’s much easier to look through. 🙂 xx
