Good morning from Berlin. Yesterday was crazy busy, but also amazing. The day started with a cancelled flight, but then quickly got better at the amazing Net-A-Porter x RewardStyle brunch at Soho House.
OUTFIT: a new chapter
Today is the 1st of July, but it is also a super special day for me. June was my last month as an employee and as of today I am officially on my own.

I don’t know about you guys, but to me, shopping is twice as fun when you know you scored a good deal.

Those that have ever suffered from food poisoning can probably understand what my weekend looked like. I’ll spare you the details, but let me just tell you that it was BAD!

As much as I love my patterns (seen HERE), there is also something special and comforting about monochrome items. I love a piece that is bold in color but simple in terms of the cut or pattern –

I could seriously get used to all the public holidays we’ve been having. Thursdays off are just too nice! After sleeping in we had a lazy, amazing lunch and then spent the remainder of the afternoon up on the deck.
OUTFIT: easy weekend
Weekends are all about comfort and ease. I love spending the day at our apartment, getting a few things done, meeting up with friends for mid-afternoon drinks (totally appropriate on a Saturday, right?) and taking an occasional afternoon nap.
