easy weekend - Bikinis & Passports

OUTFIT: easy weekend

Weekends are all about comfort and ease. I love spending the day at our apartment, getting a few things done, meeting up with friends for mid-afternoon drinks (totally appropriate on a Saturday, right?) and taking an occasional afternoon nap. For those easy weekends my favorite combination is simple: distressed jeans, oversized white blouse and a touch of leo (as always…). I’ve been slightly obsessed with One Teaspoon denim lately (see my shorts HERE) and ordered these Trashed Freebirds via Zalando a few weeks ago. They have an amazing One Teaspoon selection – which is pretty rare to find in Europe as the brand is from Australia.

I am not quite sure how I feel about Mondays. Either I am full of energy and excited for a new week, or I am a walking zombie – today was the later. I had a hard time getting up in the morning, my mind was super unfocused, lots of work and meetings and no…

  • OUTFIT: lost & found

The weather this year has everyone confused. One day it is snowing, the next we wake up to 18°C (just like last Saturday) and blue skies. Feels like Spring – in January … The Friday before Christmas was one of those warm days, that decided to show up out of nowhere. Even though it didn’t…

  • OUTFIT: sunset desert safari

I’ve been on 2 sunset desert safaris, as well as taken a tour with the quads before, and it is always a guaranteed good time (as long as you have a strong stomach). Try to go for something comfortable, light fabrics and clothes that will stay put, even with crazy winds…

  • OUTFIT: back from Ibiza.

It has been awfully quiet here on the blog this past week – but with good reason. Those that follow along on Instagram have probably seen that I spent the past 5 days in Ibiza with a big group of girls (+1 boy) to celebrate Kathi’s bachelorette. It was the trip of a lifetime and…

  • OUTFIT: summer casual.

If someone would have told me a year ago that I’d be seen on the street wearing adiletten (the famous plastic slippers by Adidas), I would have probably called them crazy. Well, here I am, wearing adiletten – and loving it! Of course it always depends on the occasion and this was my look for…

  • OUTFIT: active wear.

One of the things I absolutely love about New York (and L.A. even more, actually) is how normal it is to walk around town in your active wear. When we were having lunch at byChloe in NYC two weeks ago, there were two girls sitting next to us who had obviously just finished a workout…
