Nautical Style: White Palazzo Pants + Striped Blouse | Bikinis & Passports

OUTFIT: the old man & the sea.

To put in the word of Isaac Mizrachi, director of tourism for Tel Aviv: “We don’t have any icons, but we have the beach, the people and the food!”. And that is exactly how I feel about Tel Aviv! There are no castles to be visited and hardly any museums to pass time in, but there is so much culture and life! In order to fully experience Tel Aviv, you don’t need much. Talk to the locals, wander the streets without a plan and eat the local food – lots of it.

One of my favorite experiences in Tel Aviv was an afternoon where we walked down to the port of Jaffa from our hotel, ate at The Old Man & The Sea (which so many of you recommended) and then rode bikes along the boardwalk during sunset.

To match the nautical vibes down by the fishermen’s port, I wore my beloved white palazzo pants, a light blue & white striped blouse and a touch of red suede. I purchased the Saint Laurent Monogram classic quilted suede cross-body bag last year in September and it is definitely one of my favorite bags to wear during the warmer time of the year. The perfect pop of color!

It is not often that an outfit works out in the exact way you put together in your head. And with exact, I mean 100% exact. About 3 months ago, I decided to brainstorm what to wear to my first ever wedding as maid of honor (there were two of us). Since I had been…

Over the past year, there are definitely a few pieces that have turned out to be true favorites. Items that I love to wear over and over again, styled in different ways and suitable for plenty of different occasions. Today’s outfit for dinner by the beach in Mauritius basically combines 3 of those. I’ve been a fan of wide-legged pants for a few years now and the white palazzo pants were my No.1 must-have last Summer…
