OUTFIT: on Berlin time.
While Fashion Week is currently going on in Berlin, I am already back in Vienna. I did, however, spend the weekend in Berlin, which was absolutely amazing. Since Mike had his company’s summer party in the city on Friday and I had some meetings on Monday, we decided to stay the entire weekend. After being wait-listed for the Soho House (our all-time favorite hotel), we got lucky and scored a room 2 days before heading to Berlin. Even though I am usually someone who loves to go out to explore the city, I have to admit that we barely left the hotel all weekend. The rooms are stunning and 100% my taste in terms of interior design, the room service is my favorite in the world – just look at those poached eggs… – and the rooftop pool was the ideal place to drink rosé and cool down on a hot summer day in the city. It was the perfect mini-vacation to re-charge our batteries, and the best part is that Berlin just an hour flight from Vienna.
Speaking of Berlin and Germany, my favorite British watch brand with Swedish roots, Larsson & Jennings, just launched their German online store ♥ The Swiss-made watches with minimalistic designs have become my go-to item over the last few years and I just added the third watch to my collection. Black, silver, gold, … I love them all, now the only models I am missing are the new watches from the Norse collection! For the first (and in my case also last) day of Fashion Week, I wore the silver Lugano 40mm watch with my beloved MLM off-shoulder dress, Levi’s jeans and Chanel slingback heels. How do you guys like the look?

Das iTüpfelchen wäre für mich aber die Omega Uhr gewesen, auch wenn ich die Larsson& Jennings auch schön finde.

Ich verfolge deinen Blog und The Daily Dose schon sehr lange und liebe sie! Jedoch habe ich bei diesem Post einen kleinen Kritikpunkt: Da Kathi und du zur Zeit die Omega Uhr “vertreten” finde ich die Kooperation mit Larsson und Jennings etwas unglücklich gewählt. Als Leser ist es, zu mindestens für mich, ist etwas verwirrend und kommt leider nicht so authentisch wie sonst rüber.

danke dir für deinen ehrlichen Kommentar und das Feedback. Ich versteh deinen Punkt voll und ganz, allerdings trage ich Larsson & Jennings Uhren seit Jahren. Habe inzwischen schon 3 Modelle und liebe sie! Vor allem bei Reisen oder beim Feiern greife ich oft auf günstigere Uhren zurück und lasse die wertvolle Omega gut verpackt zuhause 🙂 das ist für mich so ähnlich wie bei Schuhe, da trage ich die teuren Modelle auch nur für besondere Anlässe.
Nur noch zusätzlich zur Information: bereits bei Antritt der Kooperation mit Omega habe ich angemerkt, dass ich sehr gerne Larsson & Jennings trage und dies gerne auch während der Kooperation tun möchte. Dies war für Omega absolut kein Problem da die Marken auch unterschiedliche Zielgruppen ansprechen.
