CRAVINGS: travel essentials

As you guys know, I am in full on vacation-mode right now, so naturally this week’s Sunday Cravings (even though they are on a Monday…) are all about travelling. The reason this blog is named Bikinis & PASSPORTS, is because I think being able to travel is one of the biggest blessings in life. I love to pack my bags and discover a new distination, culture or country! Here are a few travel essentials I either have in my carry-on or would love to have with me for the next trip …

my favorite travel essentials

1. I received the pink passports cover for my birthday and simply adore it!

2. Kiehl’s #1 lip balm as been my favorite for years and is perfect against dry airplane air – right now I am loving the mango flavor!

3. obviously my new Neverfull bag is the bag of choice right now

4. a big scarf is perfection for keeping cozy on long flights, I have the same one in a different color

5. Tory Burch makes THE cutest cosmetic cases!! I just purchased one on Saturday 🙂

Other than that I always have music on my phone, a few good magazines and a bottle of water in my carry-on. What are your essentials when travelling?

  • CRAVINGS: casual sunday

For me, Sundays are sacred. I cherish it as the one day per week that is dedicated strictly to sleeping in, coffee runs with the boyfriend, watching movies and amazing food! We always have my sister and a small group of friends over for our “Sunday cook-outs”, where we try new recipes and spend most…

Every time I walk into the ANNA Inspiring Jewellery store here in Vienna, I feel like a little girl in a candy shop. Except for the fact that jewellery is so much better than candy and lasts much longer! ANNA is simply one of those brands I love 110% – especially for all the attention…

Traveling has always been one of my biggest passions. I remember how I worked as a waitress for an entire year during college, saving 300€ per month for a month-long trip through the United States with my best friend at the time. When other people were busy going out to clubs, I preferred to spend my money…

  • CRAVINGS: rainy days

It’s been raining all day, and guess what – I am not even really upset about it. Something about rainy Sundays is simply magical to me. I don’t know if it is because I love an excuse to stay on the sofa all day, or if it is the sound of the raindrops falling on…
