Hotel Falkensteiner Schladming - Bikinis & Passports

TRAVELS: Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming

On Sunday, I hopped into my little VW Polo and headed south-east from Vienna. The final destination was Schladming in Styria for a bit of fun in the snow (as I am sure you guys have already seen on Instagram). I was surprised that the drive only took about 2:40hrs and how easy it was to get there from Vienna. Upon arrival, I checked into the super cozy Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming, which was definitely love at first sight. It is hard to describe, but they have somehow managed to bring the feeling of a snug little mountain hut to a large hotel. All the rooms are furnished in beautiful wood from the area, they have red and green sofas and reading chairs throughout the hotel and the beds are pure bliss. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the awesome walk-in shower (with a little glass action next to the bed) and stunning white tiles in the bathroom. The gondola is literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel and their spa area is pure bliss. The only thing that was missing during those 3 wonderful days: Mike! I definitely want to come back with him for some relaxing down-time in the mountains

  2. Such a nice pic summary, love how you capture the moments, and that’s definetely an inspiration for me as I’m new on this blogging thing! Keep it up! Cheers
