CRAVINGS: Aquazzura Holli heels | Bikinis & Passports

CRAVINGS: recently bought.

Ok, so I’ve been shopping. As you guys know, I am all about the cost-per-wear principle, so I believe in splurging every once in a while, but also making sure that the pieces I spend a lot of money on are things I really love and wear a ton! Lowers the cost-per-wear and in the end I pay less per wear for my Valentino bag in comparison to a cheaper piece bought and only worn a handful of times. And since February is my birthday month, I treated myself to 5 pieces that have been on my wishlist for a while now and all of a sudden all crossed my path during the past two weeks.

  • Zimmermann Henna floating fringe playsuit: For every beachy vacation during the past year or so, I’ve dreamt of owning one of those pretty Zimmermann rompers. However, they come at a steep price and I simply couldn’t get myself to spend the money – especially without trying it on first. Well, birthdays call for special investments and I decided to treat myself when I spotted it right here in Vienna at inked. Love at first try and now I am counting the days until I get to wear it! (12 to be exact.)
  • Aquazzura Holli heels: Ok, so before you guys think I am crazy – I had a giftcard to Farfetch and couldn’t resist these beauties! I love the new interpretation of the most iconic Aquazzura heels and flats, and am currently waiting for the package to arrive. Due to the more sturdy heel, I think these should actually be fairly comfortable. Of course, I’ll keep you updated.
  • Saint Laurent wallet: Huge wallets used to be the thing. I still remember how happy I was about the Miu Miu wallet that my parents got me for Christmas a few years ago. Well, turns out the smaller the bags get, the harder it becomes to carry a big wallet. Recently I literally just had a little cardholder that was bursting out of all seams, but with this Saint Laurent wallet that problem should be solved. I got the white version of this one.

  2. Those shoes are beautiful! As someone who can’t even begin to walk in skinny heels, I’ll definitely be on the look out for your opinion on how wearable these ones are.
