Leave of Absence

Turns out, I took an unintended leave of absence these past two weeks. In all honesty, I cannot recall the last time I blogged so little. It was not planned and not due to a lack of content. It just happened. I usually don’t blog less when on vacation, but considering the 3.000+ kilometres we spent on the road over the past 10 days and the fact that I was constantly surrounded by my loved ones (who I don’t get to see as often as I would like), endless conversations, lots of rosé, a bit of pasta and gelato and never-ending Spotify playlists took over. Not to mention the fact that wifi is a rare thing in the middle of Tuscany and on the island of Corsica – which is where I decided to take my leave of absence.

Either way, as you can imagine it felt incredibly good to be away. To be unavailable. To be offline for a while (or at least a few hours out of each day). But now, September has come around and I have lots of content to share with you. A bit of travel, a few outfits (including today’s Topshop spot frill neck blouse), some recipes I have been wanting to post and a whole bunch of beauty- and fitness talk. In other words: It’s good to be back!
