Between the years…
The week between Christmas and NYE is generally the time of the year where you find yourself caught in a mix of sweatpants and sequins. Festivities and food comas are followed by lazy afternoon naps and endless card games. By the time the 31st of December rolls around, chances are your closet has uncountable amounts of sequins and glitzi pieces to offer. Luckily, those can be worn long after the holidays, if paired in the right way.
Before I am off to fill the fridge on last time this year and put on my best sparkles tomorrow night, I wanted to share a sequinned look that works beyond the festive season. Loose fitted denim is the perfect way to dress down your holiday favorites and make them work year round – exchange the heels for lace-up boots and you may even spot me at brunch in this ensemble!
