Zimmermann Satin Pants - Bikinis & Passports

I am guessing that half the people who saw me wear this look a while ago probably thought I stumbled out of bed and forgot to take my pajamas off. Even though that is not the case, I have to admit that the comfort level of this outfit was pretty close the that of actual PJs. As an advocate of palazzo pants for Summer (preferably in light colors), I love the combination of the satin dotted Zimmermann pants (last seen here) and the affordable Zara pajama blouse. Some may call it tuxedo-inspired, others will stick to the sleepwear theory. Either way, I dressed up the look with an embellished clutch and wore my favorite new sandals – true classics by Hermes that were comfortable from the first step on and haven’t left my feet since I purchased them 2 weeks ago.

The result, in my opinion, was a bit of casual elegance. A look so comfortable it is hard to beat, yet very put together in all-white. What do you think?
