Packing for a vacation that requires both Winter and Summer clothes is hard enough as it is. When it then turns out to be -4°C instead of the expected 10°C in Vancouver, that makes it a bit harder. Reason enough to go shopping, right? I have to admit, it was pretty freezing in Vancouver, but that didn’t keep us from walking everywhere. Luckily Gastown and Robson Street were both located really close to the hotel, so we never spent more than 15 minutes walking around with the freezing temperatures. I did, however, find time to buy a new sweater at Aritzia, and Mike managed to snap a few photos of the look I wore on January 2nd, just before we headed out to Maui. Admittedly, this is not the warmest look ever, but in my mind I was already laying out on the beach with 28°C and lots of palm trees, instead of the super cold weather situation in Downtown Vancouver!
