warm winter outfit with Zalando - Bikinis & Passports

OUTFIT: 1.900m elevation

One of my personal highlights from our Winter get-away to Schladming was a day spent way up on the mountain at the Schafalm at 1.900m elevation. Hot chocolate and fries for lunch, cuddles with baby sheep, one of the prettiest sunsets I have ever seen, a little mishap of missing the last cable car down to town and way too much fun in the snow. As much as I love Summer, days like the one we had last week really make Winter pretty awesome too! Obviously the main criteria outfit-wise was to keep warm and cozy, which is where Zalando came in to play. I picked out a super fluffy coat by Topshop (so predictable, right?), warm UGG boots and an oversized scarf to keep me snug all day.

  • OUTFIT: in SEASON.

After 3, 4 or even 5 visits to Paris, most of the touristy stops have been covered. I’ve been to the Tour Eiffel multiple times, stopped by the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa, walked on the crowded Champs-Élysées, seen the Arc de Triomphe and much more. That’s why, this time around, I wanted to spend…

  • OUTFIT: winter pastels.

For my 4rd and final outfit that I wore during Berlin Fashion Week (besides the obligatory sweats in my hotel room, of course), I decided to go with Winter pastels for the Marina Hoermanseder show. I had the honor of choosing some of her pieces to wear to the show, but still wanted to make…

  • OUTFIT: a touch of velvet.

Remember those velvet dreams I talked about last week? While I still have a few more velvet-y pieces on my wishlist, I got lucky with this velvet jacket back in September. I’ve worn it in different ways (even with my Dirndl), but my favorite combination is with the red Saint Laurent bag. The embroidery of the…

  • OUTFIT: blue & white

Over the past year, there are definitely a few pieces that have turned out to be true favorites. Items that I love to wear over and over again, styled in different ways and suitable for plenty of different occasions. Today’s outfit for dinner by the beach in Mauritius basically combines 3 of those. I’ve been a fan of wide-legged pants for a few years now and the white palazzo pants were my No.1 must-have last Summer…

  • Flares & Denim

As much as I love evenings at home on the sofa (dress code: sweatpants), sometimes a girls night is just what is needed. The perfect excuse to put on some heels, go out for a nice dinner, enjoy a glass of wine (or two) and talk about men. Obviously. Earlier this week, I met up…

  1. Hi Vicky,
what a super nice post! I have 1 question concerning the coat: what size are you wearing here / what is your usual size for jackets/coats?
Plsss let me know soon! Thanks!! <3 Andrea

    1. Hi Andrea,

I am wearing a 38 and I would say it fits perfectly, especially with a thick sweater underneath 🙂

    1. Hi Sammie,

it was such a funny story! We were just enjoying our hot chocolate on the hut, when someone realized that the cable cars were not out anymore. We then had to hike through the snow to a different hut that was accessible by car, and had a cab pick us up. However, it was a 14km windy drive down the entire mountain, and by the time we got back to the hotel all of our tummies were glad to leave the car!

  4. A warm fuzzy scarf, hot chocolate and fries?? Sounds like my idea of heaven. The little Furla bag is adorable.

I just bought a new bag this week. Rebecca Minkoff. So pretty!

Hope you have a great weekend.
