BEAUTY TALK: dipped in roségold
I am definitely not what you may consider a beauty junkie. Sure, I love doing my make-up, trying new products and my pretty eye shadows and lip sticks, but I won’t stand in line for limited editions or new collections. However, when ZOEVA came out with their rosé golden luxury brush set, it was love at first sight! After strategically placing it on various wishlists, I had my fingers crossed for Christmas. Naturally, Miss Ketch’em came through and surprised me with these beauties for this year’s present. She knows me too well, and made me squeal a little too high-pitched when I opened the present!! Do any of you own these brushes? How do you like them? I’ve only been using them for a few days but am already more than impressed and can’t get over the softness – not to mention the roségold ♥
My personal highlight: The “luxe petit crease“! So perfect for a light smokey eye. I was already super smitten with my Laura Mercier crease brush, but this one definitely tops it. It is a bit more pointy and smaller than the other one I have, which allows me to work the crease even better! Another favorite of mine is the “silk finish“, which I use to go over the loose powder. It is a bit harder/firmer than powder brushes usually are and I feel like it really gives it such a smooth “silky” finish. The name is game in this case!

Die Pinsel sind einfach so schön, sie stehen ziemlich weit oben auf meiner Wishlist. Jetzt wird aber erst mal Geld gespart für den anstehenden NYC Trip, danach werde ich meiner Versuchung dieser Pinsel nachgehen 🙂

Oh die sind echt wunderschön. Zoeva ist ja bekannt dafür dass ihre Pinsel eine der besten auf dem Markt sind. Falls meine Real Technique mal den Geist aufgeben werd ich mir die Zoeva mal genauer ansehen 🙂

Ich bin so in love mit diesen Pinseln. Leider besitze ich sie bislang noch nicht, aber das wird sich hoffentlich schon bald ändern. 🙂
