OUTFIT: christian louboutin ottocarl black | Bikinis & Passports

OUTFIT: ottocarl.

Let me introduce you to Ottocarl. My favorite child in the heel department. For my birthday in February, Mike spoiled me rotten with my first pair of Louboutins. He surprised me with a quick shopping spree before my birthday dinner and let me have a say in which pair I wanted. Honestly, I always thought my first pair of Louboutins would be the iconic and simple black Pigalle 100 pump. Once we were at the boutique, however, I wasn’t so sure anymore. A classic black pump is timeless and a great investment, but the Christian Louboutin Ottocarl booties in black are like a piece of art. I know most of you probably won’t understand why or how I chose these when I could have had any pair, but to me, these are so special and I know I’ll have them forever! Kind of like love at first sight.

Obviously, I’ve worn them a few times including my birthday dinner that very night with an all-black ensemble and in Abu Dhabi for a dinner date at Zuma with my Topshop skinny jeans and a more casual sweater to dress down the heels a bit. This time around, I wanted to see how they would work with a more unexpected look and paired them with my most destroyed pair of jeans and more black. I’ve been loving the silk slips dress paired with a blazer lately! What do you guys think?

It took some realisation (pun intended), but I think I am officially at a point where I don’t get to say “I am not a dress kind of girl” anymore. For years I have claimed that I don’t really like or wear dresses and skirts, but when I look at the additions that have made…

I honestly don’t remember the last time I have gone 5 days without posting here on the blog, but The Daily Dose is THIS close to launching (tomorrow – ahhhhh!!) and there is still SO much to be done! These past few days have been filled with shootings, editing pictures, writing posts and putting the final touches…

Spring is here! Seriously, it is sooo nice outside in Vienna today. We bought pink tulips for the office, are soaking up as much sun as possible and I am obviously wearing espadrilles. Last week, however, it was still pretty cold, so that explains the fluffy coat and lots of layers. Whenever I have no idea what to…

If the Instagram accounts you love are anything similar to the ones I follow, then you’ve probably heard of Janessa Leone. 1. Wahnsinnig cooles Outfit liebe Vicky!
