OUTFIT: lace midi skirt
Last year I started wearing dresses more during the warmer season, and this Summer I have made it my mission to venture out of my comfort zone a bit and try to incorporate skirts into my outfits every now and then. Starting today! Don’t get me wrong, I have always loved seeing other’s wear skirts, but I just didn’t think it would suit me as much. I wasn’t really sure where to start, but when I spotted this lace midi skirt at Chicwish I decided to give it a try. Plus, with the price-point at less than 50€ I was sold! Generally, Chicwish has some really great pieces at affordable prices, perfect to freshen up the Summer wardrobe a bit without spending a lot. Some of you may remember my off-shoulder top (currently on sale) which I wore a ton last year – well, let’s hope this skirt turns into a similar love affair. So far, we’re off to a good start since I felt more than comfortable in my new midi skirt last week when I paired it with some sneakers and a denim off-shoulder top for a day at the office. When it got a bit colder in the evening, I simply exchanged the top for a cashmere sweater, tucked into the skirt a bit and voila. I have to admit I am feeling somewhat proud of this look because my first skirt experiment of the season turned out so well. What do you guys think?

Ich eigentlich überhaupt kein Rock und Kleid Mädchen, aber ich habe mir letzte Woche einen asymmetrischen gestreiften Rock genäht und ich ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass ich ihn wahnsinnig oft tragen werde.
Der Midirock steht dir übrigens wahnsinnig gut, vor allem in der Kombination mit Converse und dem Jeanstop.
Der graue Rock, den du verlinkt hast, ist übrigens auch ein Traum!

Der Rock ist einfach top und sieht mit den Converse super aus. Die anderen Teile gefallen mir nicht wirklich dazu. Aber das ist Geschmackssacke, wobei die Bluse ein Stück nach oben rutschen sollte – ich hab das auch schon bei anderen Bloggerinnen gesehen, die sie immer zu tief tragen (also unter der Achselhöhle)

danke dir für deinen Kommentar. Wegen dem “zu tief” getragen 🙂 Das ist bei dieser Bluse nicht anders möglich, da der Schnitt nicht über die Schultern geht, sondern die Ärmel komplett losgelöst sind, wie 2 Schläuche. Daher kann man sie gar nicht höher als die Achselhöhle tragen.

Wahnsinn, der Rock sieht fast aus wie einer von Selfportrait den ich vor 2 Wochen gekauft habe! Zum Glück hab ich den im Sale ergattern können, sonst hätte ich mich jetzt geärgert. Chicwish scheint ja wirklich interessant zu sein, wenn man nicht immer soviel Geld ausgeben will oder kann.
Mit dem schulterfreien Top sieht er toll aus, gar nicht overdressed. Sehr schön!

Der Rock ist wirklich super schön, auch wenn ich ihn eventuell eher etwas schicker mit hohen Schuhen tragen würde. Aber der ist wirklich richtig besonders! 🙂
