OUTFIT: statement blouses - less is more | Bikinis & Passports

CRAVINGS: pretty blouses.

There are certain combinations that just work. Winners. They can be as simple as a pair of skinny jeans, heels and a blouse (sounds easy enough, right?) but will work for so many different occasions. Especially if the blouse is a real eye-catcher. I am currently in the process of decluttering my life a bit, which includes unsexy things like cleaning out kitchen cabinets, but also has me trying to focus on the whole “less is more” concept again. And that feels good. So I recently tried to think about things that are important to me personally when it comes to fashion and came to the following conclusion: I like things that will work for more than a season. I like muted colors that are timeless. And I like a special touch. A little something that others usually wouldn’t pick. When you put that into visual perspective, it would probably look something like today’s cravings. A beautiful lace blouse, gray skinny jeans and a velvet pump or silver bag. An outfit that would work for the office, a press event or even date night. What do you guys think?

Self-Portrait lace blouse: I have been drooling over the Self-Portrait blouses for a year now and always find myself going back to them when shopping online. I think this one is going on my Christmas wishlist!

Jimmy Choo petite lockett bag: Last year for Christmas I got myself the black version of this bag. About a week ago I spotted this one at the press dates in Munich and can’t stop thinking about it. Just like this silver version. If it only made sense to buy two of the same bag …

LEVI’S gray skinny jeans: Aside from a simple black pair of skinny jeans, I think everyone should own a gray pair. It is more elegant than blue jeans but not quite as “black” as black. If that makes any sense. Just imagine how different the Self-Portrait blouse would look as a total black look. I think in this case gray actually makes the blouse stand out more!

Baum und Pferdgarten blouse: I love this take on a classic light blue button-down shirt. Just more feminine and with a slight Wild Western feel to it.

Aquazzura velvet pumps: Can we please talk about these heels? For the sake of my bank accounts health (considering I just bought those Chloé boots), I am trying my very best not to order these right now! Velvet is such a must-have material this fall and Aquazzura has definitely become my favorite shoe brand this year. Can’t get over these heels. ♥

  2. Oh was für tolle Teile <3

Passt einiges rein ?

    1. Hi Mimi,

      xox Vicky
