A much-requested post over the past months has been a “what’s in my bag” post. And to be completely honest, I never did one because my bags used to look very similar to Julia’s in terms of content. But ever since I got my Alexander Wang Rocco bag I’ve made it a point to keep it clean and only carry the essentials with me. So here is a look at what I have in my bag at the moment (pictures were taken today in the morning).
- Steve Madden wallet
- Marc by Marc Jacobs coin bag (where I keep my entry card for work & change)
- Tory Burch sunglasses
- passport (I always carry it with me, such a weird habit)
- a hightlighter & a pen for notes on the go
- iPod touch
- gum, always a must in all my purses
- keys on a pretty key-chain from Henri Bendel
- a simple light pink lipstick, Dior lipgloss & Kiehl’s lip balm
- a small pocket mirror
- hair clip & hair tie when I like to get my hair out of my face at work
- hand lotion by Maria Galland

Do you find your Rocco bag quite heavy to carry around? – I’m thinking of buying one, but have heard they can weigh you down? How do you find it?

yess, the rocco bag is pretty heavy for a handbag but I got used to it really quickly. and it also has the shoulder strap. but I usually carry it on my arm anyway :) I use it daily and hardly notice the weight anymore.

ich bin immer noch Team Blackberry :) Das ist nur mein iPod am Foto, das Handy (Blackberry Bold) hab ich eigentlich eh immer in der Hand oder am Schreibtisch liegen, deswegen auch nicht “in my bag” :)
Aber ich muss dir ehrlich sagen, dass ich kurz davor bin zu Team Apple zu wechseln … gerade was Bloggen und Social Media angeht find ich da Blackberry einfach nicht so supi wie das iPhone :(
Den deutschen Pass hab ich weiß ich deutsche Staatsbürgerin bin, beide meine Eltern sind Deutsche und ich bin in Stuttgart geboren. That’s why :)
