Vienna Awards + detox day 3.

I have some exciting news to share with you!! I was lucky enough to be invited to the Vienna Awards for Fashion & Lifestyle! The award honors extraordinary achievments in the fashion industry (ie. designer of the year, best stylist, best fashion journalist …) in 12 different categories. I am super thrilled to be able to take part and share lots and lots of pictures with you after BUT if you guys also want to be a part of it while it’s happening you can follow the whole thing via live-stream. How cool is that?! Seriously, you don’t even have to worry about finding the right dress … which is still a little bit of an issue in my case :) I hope lots of you will tune in on Monday, 7pm CET!!
simply click here: http://www.facebook.com/ViennaAwards to follow the live-stream on Monday!!

On a completely different note: even though I am already rocking day 5 of detox, I still wanted to share my meals for day 3 with you. For yesterday, I was mostly repeating things I had before so I think with 3 options for each meal you can get in a good variety. Today is my last day of 100% alkaline detox, for the next few days I’ll still be detoxing but slowly adding some of my regulars back in. The ratio of alkaline food and acidic should be 80:20 for those days. Coffee and sushi are my #1 cravings right now!!!
