sunday’s cravings oct. 9th

Since you guys really seemed to like the fitness post this past week, I thought a sporty version of Sunday’s Cravings would be a fun change. I don’t really have too much in my gym bag, just the essentials: running shoes, Ipod, towel, water bottle & my membership card for the gym. It’s usually packed and ready to go by the door. That way no time is wasted when you’re overcome by a sudden urge to hit the gym :)

1. a comfy sports bra for proper support

2. running shorts

3. ipod with an awesome playlist on it

4. a re-usable water bottle

5. even running shoes can be cute

6. a stylish gym bag to keep your stuff organized

    Deine Sportpostings (und auch die Beiträge zur gesunden Ernährung) sind wirklich toll!
    Ich würd mich freuen, wenn noch ein bisschen mehr dazukommt, da ich gestern erfahren habe, dass ich in einem Jahr eine tolle Figur im Brautkleid machen muss. *lacht*

    Magst Du eventuell posten, was Du an Musik auf Deinem iPod für den Sport laufen hast?

    Der Shuffle ist cool. Den mag ich! Und du solltest wirklich viel öfters posten welche Musik du so hörst. Obs Sport ist oder einfach so – ich denke das interessiert viele hier!


  6. I have to buy some gym gear too. The running shorts look really cute. I also like the posts about fitness and diet although I am waaaayyy less disciplined than you are. I read the thing about “getting up before 8 am” and I was like “It would be completely hopeless to even try to stick to this”
