By now, most of you probably know that I am a cupcake lover beyond words!! The funny thing is, I will usually only eat 1 or 2 but my favorite thing about cupcakes is actually baking and decorating them. So you can only imagine my excitement when I come across websites that share amazing new recipes. (ie. here and here). I just HAD to try Ming’s cupcake No. 25 (sour cream raspberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting) and because it was a big hit with everyone in my family over the weekend I wanted to share it with you lovelies as well!! I pretty much followed the recipe, linked above, except that I altered the frosting a little. I really don’t like insanely sugary, sweet frostings so I only used a fourth of the suggested amount of confectioners sugar and added a little lemon juice which complimented the raspberries nicely.
