pure energy.

Lately I’ve been subbing my morning lattes and oatmeal for an energizing smoothie to enjoy after my workouts and I totally love it. It is super easy and takes less than 5 minutes. Just mix everything in a blender, top with almond slivers and serve with a side of fresh fruit. (I love melon and blueberries)
