And some more inspiration to go along with that playlist!! I am heading out the door to hit the gym with Soph as we speak. I’ll post the workout on my facebook page when I get home!! Here is a little trick: get a workout-buddy and schedule workouts, trust me, you wont want to be the one to cancel and neither will the other person! It always works for Sophie and I :)
