mqvfw.11 day 3

After attending the Fashion Blogger Lunch on Friday, I headed over to the Museum Quarter to see 2 more shows. Which were also the last shows of the fashion week for me since I had planned to spend the weekend with Mike to celebrate our 5-year anniversary ♥

The first show was Kayiko. During the Lake Fashion Days in May we got to sit down with the designers and have lunch with them while they told us about their philosophy and designs. Even though their pieces aren’t something you would usually find in my closet (I feel their clothes work better for a maturer audience) I still loved their show. They work with intersting materials – loved the sheer skirt – and very unique designs. AND it is always nice to be greeted by your first name and seated front row by the designers themselves. Big thumbs up for that!!!

My final show of the MQVFW.11 was probably the one that everyone gets most excited about here in Vienna … Tiberius. Unfortunately it also attracted way too many people and press was seated in the very back. Smart choice considering we are the ones that are supposed to take pictures and write about it after, right … ?? However, I still loved the collection. Obviously a lot of skin was on the agenda (as always with Tiberius) but I adore that last dress with the open back!!

PS. a giveaway is coming up later today, be sure to stay tuned!!!

beautiful pictures as always! I like the stuff from the first show it is very classic.Very nice that you’ve been seated by the designers themselves!
the second one shows a little too much for my taste but you’re right the last dress is awesome!

  2. Lou says:

Great photos, looks like you had an amazing time!

  3. Angi says:

Tolle Bilder!

    Interesting pieces..

  7. Kasia M says:

I love the yellow dress – so cute! ;)

  8. Laura says:

The gold dress is so fun! And the backless dress very sexy.

  9. Dea says:

  10. Sorry for the missing “s”.
