last week’s fitness.

Even though I definitely don’t mind working out at the gym multiple times a week, it is always fun to change things up a bit. Last week was refreshingly well balanced in terms of workouts!


Some impressions from the mountain hike with my mom, sister & our golden retriever on Sunday:
