kim cooked.

Last night we were finally able to try one of the best restaurants in Vienna, Kim Kocht, in the lovely company of Anna and her boyfriend. They made reservations back in December since it is super hard to get a table. But the wait was well worth it and I have never had something like it before. Anna and Mike chose the seafood menu and her boyfriend and I chose the fish menu. Every single one of the dishes was unique and simply amazing, but I’ll just let the pictures do the talking …

{I brought my favorite new J.Crew clutch}

{“greetings from the kitchen”}

{I love an open kitchen and being able to watch the chefs at work}

the seafood menu:

{one of my favorite dishes of the night: ravioli stuffed with shrimp}

the fish menu:

{another favorite, my starter: variations of tuna}

dessert:

{sorbets: chocolate, mango & red bean}

{last greetings from the kitchen: variations of chocolate}

      I bought it on sale in December, maybe it has sold out in the meantime? They also had a gray/silver version. Or maybe check Net-A-Porter, they also have lots of J.Crew stuff!

    Wow, sieht alles wirklich toll aus :) Das man so lange vorher reservieren muss, spricht ja für sich.
    & ich stimme dir zu: Offene,verglaste Küchen finde ich auch immer ganz toll, in vielen Vapianos ist das ja beispielsweise auch. Erstens ist es spannend und zweitens eine Garantie, dass ordentlich gearbeitet wird.

    I agree with you on the whole open kitchen concept I think it’s great :D. The food doesn’t really look like food it looks like ART :D I can certainly see why it’s so hard to get a table…everything looks lovely!
