It’s been really nice and warm out these past few days but yesterday it was in the high 90s and I have to admit it can get pretty hot in the city. Sophie and I decided to rent bikes to spend a few hours in Central Park rather than walking our feet off in the heat. We had so much fun seeing everything, listening to a guy play guitar at strawberry fields and having the most delicious burgers at Shake Shack for lunch. In the afternoon we headed to Union Square for some shopping (without much success) and went back to the hotel to rest for a while. Later at night we had dinner reservations at the Stanton Social in NoHo, sooo yummy!! (The dessert, Chocolate Tasting, was seriously to die for!!!) Today we have another busy day planned with lots more to see, Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, the stock exchange,… so I am off to breakfast to fuel up on my energy :)

PS: I will do an extra post on shake shack and the stanton social, otherwise this one would be a total overload in terms of pictures.
PPS: I have been making short videos as we go along and am trying to put together a little movie of everything, it might take me a while but I’m hoping to have it by the end of the week!
