I wasn’t really craving much this week, other than pizza :) So there’s a recipe version of my Sunday’s Cravings today …
I always like to think of pizza bruschetta as my signature dish – I even taught my mom how to make it and there is not much that can be taught to an awesome cook like her!! It is by far my favorite pizza because it combines deliciously baked dough with fresh tomatos and arugula. About 2 years ago I tried it at home for the first time, and not only was Mike very impressed but it was also easy to make. Perfect combination, right?!
In the beginning I always used store-bought dough but once I figured out how to make it at home it instantly made it impossible to go back to the store-bought version! For everyone that has never tried homemade pizza: rainy Sundays are the perfect opportunity to try and I guarantee you’ll be surprised how easy it really is :)

this looks so good & suprisingly easy! thanks for sharing the dough recipe!! i love pizza and i love bruchetta, so i think this is a double winner =)

Wow sieht echt lecker aus!! I worked at a pizza reataurant and learned how to do my own dough, since then I’ve never gone back to the pre-made ones, just feel that it tastes better when i make it for myself =) Plus, that way I know what is going into my body =D
