food coma.

Those of you that have been reading this blog for a while probably know that I usually try to exercise regularly and I enjoy eating as healthy as possible. (Of course I also have pasta or dessert every once in a while!!) BUT this past Sunday was something entirely different!! We spent the day with friends and showed them some of our favorite spots to eat. I don’t even remember the last time I’ve had that much to eat (and drink … wine … headache on Monday … ouchh) all in one day but it was so worth it!! We ate, we drank, we laughed, shared strories of how we met and strolled through Vienna in the middle of the night … AMAZING! However, this week I am trying to be a little healthier than usual – at least starting today since I had a cupcake & a sugar-cookie at the Material Girl wonderland party yesterday (post coming tomorrow).

I will never forget my first piece of Sacher Torte in Vienna. I had a list of top ten Viennese pastries and planned to eat them all but managed to only finish four before feeling like my stomach was going to burst.
