easy total body workout.

One of my mottos is to always start the week on the right track with a good workout on Mondays. Even though I stayed at work a little longer last night, I still wanted to squeeze in a good workout to stay on track. As I told you guys last week, my goal is to workout 3x per week, which I think is very realistic. I also try to do lots of running since I have a 10k run coming up on June 3rd and I want to finish within a certain time I set for myself. At the same time I want to incorporate some strength training to tone up for the summer. I’ve done the workout below at least once a week (also the one I did last night) for the past few weeks and really love it. You don’t need a gym and the best part is that it only takes about 40-45 minutes! Give it a try and let me know how you like it!!

    klingt nach einem guten workout…!Wirklich Respekt dass du das so durchziehst, nach der Arbeit ist es manchmal ganz schön schwer sich nicht schöneren Dingen zu widmen (Freunde treffen oder auch mal einfach auf die Couch)….aber was macht man nicht alles um sich besser zu fühlen:) Wünsch dir einen schölnen Tag, xo andie

    Super Workout! An den Tagen, an denen man am liebsten vor den TV sitzt und nichts tut, hab ich mir Hanteln, Teraband und Gewichte für die Füsse gekauft. So kann ich meine Übungen gemütlich vor dem TV machen…(und das schlechte Gewissen kann sich ärgern)!

    Really like the idea of this… I also do the 100 workout when I don’t have much time, but it makes me feel virtuous (and works up a sweat!)

  5. That´s really similar to my daily workout now! ;) I usually jog/walk for an hour and than do crunches, pushups and squats!

  7. Every time I go for run I’m doing almost exact same workout. But for now I really need to start running at least twice a week. And this post actually motivated me to go for a run before work tomorrow! Thanks for that!

    Klingt nach einem guten Workout, den Plan übernehme ich mal :) Startest du damit schon vor der Arbeit, also früh morgens? Oder machst du das nach der Arbeit? Ich kann mich morgens sooo schlecht aufraffen was zu machen :(

    I will most definitely add it to my yoga-exercise routine :) I find it very difficult to start exercising once you stop… I’ve paid my parents a visit and ever since I came back I just can’t get back to my routine :( What keeps you so motivated?
