Ok, so I splurged. On jeans. And my fingers are crossed that they fit, because otherwise I’ll really regret having spent a ton of money on shipping and import duties.

October always marks a big change in my wardrobe. While I spend the last days of September frantically holding on to Summer fashion, once the 10th month rolls around and pumpkin spice lattes are back at Starbucks, I am willing to accept the new season.

After a few last warm days in Ibiza this past week, I think it is safe to say that Autumn has officially arrived.

While Fall ist slowly making an appearance in Vienna (yay for the PSL being back!), I am not quite ready to say good-bye to those warm Summer days just yet.

Since my last post, in which I wore my new Dirndl, received such positive feedback from you guys (thank you!), it made me realize that I should definitely wear it more often.

Lace is usually associated with elegant, feminine pieces and looks. However, I love the idea of mixing a luxurious piece, such as a lace body with casual cut-offs for an unexpected twist.

Nothing quite says “It’s mine!” like some initials. Whether they are your own, those of a significant person in your life or the initials of an iconic designer –

Versatile is always good, right? A dress that works for the beach, but can easily dressed up with heels and pretty jewellery, or a pair of shoes that can be worn to brunch with shorts, but also works for business meetings.

After a super rainy Summer last year, we’ve been blessed with quite some sunshine so far this year. As a Summer child, I couldn’t be happier.

Those that follow along on Instagram (@vickyheiler) have probably seen that I am currently in Croatia, enjoying a few days off and lots of sunshine.

It’s been a while, since I’ve dipped my feet into salt water and I cannot wait to head down towards Croatia in a few days for some sunshine and relaxation.
