carefree living.

Even though I have a fairly important exam coming up in about 10 days, I have somehow managed to stay surprisingly relaxed. Yesterday, Sophie and I grabbed some sandwiches and fruit at our regular grocery store and headed back over to the park. By now, I have realized that going to the park does NOT mean studying. I bring my stuff every time but barely manage to open a book and scan over a single page. However, it is supposed to start raining again today, at least this way I was able to justify one last afternoon out in the sun, doing precisely nothing. There are so many pretty corners of the park, we have yet to explore some. Yesterdays pictures were mostly taken by a pretty café in the center of the park.
Also, Henri commented on my last post, letting me know about maybe retouching my pictures a little to make the colors “pop” more. I played around with Lightroom 3 for these pictures and wanted to hear your opinion on them. Do you prefer this look or the „old“ one? I have been wanting to learn how to really use photoshop for a while, maybe I’ll get around to it this summer. I’m always open to learn about new ways to improve my blog and pictures. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!

Anna Katrina: I got the 4-leaved clover (juicy couture) at bloomingdales in Newport Beach and the other one with the dangly flower hanging from it also at South Coast Plaza in Newport. Both during my last visit to California.
