cap d’antibes & monte carlo.

For one of the days of our trip to the Cotê d’Azur we rented a car and explored Antibes and Monaco. The Cap d’Antibes is probably one of the prettiest places I have been to in a long time. Secluded beaches, historic mansions and the smell of pine trees mixed with ocean mist. LOVE!!! Monte Carlo is a whole other story :) Glitz and glam, fancy cars, lots of Birkin bags and of course the casino. Definitely worth seeing! Here are some impressions from the day:

{found this place by accident & had the most amazing lunch down by the beach … definitely worth the stop}

{loved the cute balconies everywhere}

{Laduree: a must when in France – I tried columbian chocolate, black forest & lemon … all 3 were to die for}

    wonderful pictures!:)
    I tried the la durées in our store in Luxembourg city, my favorite is the chocolate one, tastes like a whole bowl of mousse au chocolat in one tiny Macaron.

    Ja die Stimmung am Cap d’Antibes ist einfach wunderbar… toll dazu ist auch “Tender is the night” von F. Scott Fitzgerald.
    Und bei den Macarons bekommt man direkt Lust dazu nach Paris zu fahren und den ganzen Tag im Café zu verbringen =)
